Kayla PAyne LMT

I am passionate about the need for therapeutic and compassionate touch, this goes hand in hand with the art of healing. To create an immersive experience I use a combination of multiple different techniques such as deep tissue, swedish, myofascial release, trigger point and more. While incorporating the use of hot stones, aromatherapy, and hot towels in every massage.

Work with Kayla

  • 60 minute massage

I suggest a 60 minute massage if you are looking to focus on only 2-3 areas of the body.

Usually this would consist of either upper body, or lower body. I am still able to incorporate a full body massage, but that will leave less time for trouble areas.

  • 90 minute massage

I recommend a 90 minute session for those who want to incorporate a full body massage, and still target trouble areas or areas of pain.

This also gives us time to add in cupping and other techniques that might take up additional time.

“Rest and self-Care are so important. When you take time to replenish your spirit, it allows you to serve from the overflow.”

Improving your relationship with your body

Our muscles carry the stressors of our daily lives. Structurally, we tend to hunch over while on computers, phones, or while driving. Massage can help with pain relief, and also relieve tension created from repetitive movements performed throughout our day.

Some benefits of massage are improving sleep, blood flow, anxiety, stress, muscle tension, pain, injuries, digestion and also detoxing the body.

Through my personalized treatments, I’ll work alongside you to develop a plan, to achieve full body relief of stress, tension and pain—often combining the practices of massage, stretching, heat application, body mechanics, and more.
